operations, automation, and seamless support.
With 15+ years in the online business space, Melissa isn’t new to this game -- she’s
been in the VA/OBM world since it’s inception, back when “virtual assistant” still
needed an explanation. Trained by some of the greats -- Sarah Noked, Ali Brown,
Marie Forelo, Michelle Dale, and Amber McCue (just to name a few) -- she’s
mastered the art of business efficiency, delegation, and scalable growth
strategies.
Her superpowers? Crafting smart systems, fixing broken processes, and making
SOPs feel almost fun. Whether it’s building ClickUp spaces, streamlining
workflows, or implementing automation that actually works, Melissa ensures
businesses run smoother than a well-oiled daiquiri machine (she also owns a bar,
